All quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm booking, with the remaining 50% due upon job completion.
Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled start may incur a cancellation fee.
Scope of work must be confirmed in writing before any work begins.
We respect your privacy.
We only collect information like your name, phone number, address, and job details to provide quotes and complete work.
Your details will never be shared or sold to third parties.
Data is used solely for communication, invoicing, and job tracking.
We stand by our workmanship.
All work is covered under a 30-day service warranty from the completion date.
Warranty applies only to labour performed by Dig & Weld Solutions.
If the client provides materials, the warranty only covers our labour — not the performance, durability, or failure of those materials.
If we believe the material supplied is unsuitable for the job, we’ll notify you before starting.
Warranty is void if damage occurs due to misuse, third-party alterations, or unrelated site issues.
